| Then try these steps : |

FIRST: Check your connections and jacks. Unplug all phones, modems, FAX machines, automatic dialers, credit card machines, and splitters from the jacks. Wait 2 minutes and then reconnect. The problem may be eliminated. |

SECOND: should the problem remain unresolved, contact Supra TelecomSM as outlined below. |

Subscribe to the Inside Wire Maintenance Plan. If you subscribe to an IWM Plan and the problem is within your home wiring or jacks, the problem may be resolved with no additional cost to you.
